Reservation platform “Start Today”
about
Start Today is a reservation platform designed to connect service providers with people looking for sports, wellness, and personal development activities. The project involved designing a complete digital product from the ground up, with a strong focus on creating an intuitive experience for both customers and service providers while supporting the platform’s long-term growth.

OVERVIEW
The goal was to design a scalable platform that simplifies how people discover, book, and manage activities while providing service providers with intuitive tools to manage their business. Every part of the experience was carefully planned to keep complex workflows simple, regardless of the user’s role.
From the public-facing marketplace to provider dashboards and administrative tools, the platform was designed as a complete ecosystem. Particular attention was given to usability, clear information architecture, and a consistent design system to ensure a seamless experience across every screen and device.
CHALLENGE
Creating a booking experience that feels simple for customers while supporting the more advanced needs of service providers required balancing two very different user journeys within one platform.
platform dashboards
The customer dashboard was designed to make discovering and managing activities as simple as possible. Users can book activities, manage upcoming reservations, save favourites, leave reviews, and update their profile information through a clean and intuitive interface that keeps everything in one place.
Service providers have access to a comprehensive dashboard for managing their business. They can create and edit activities, organise schedules, manage bookings, track registrations, and update business information through an interface designed to simplify everyday workflows. A separate “Start today” administrator panel was also created to support overall platform and content management.
